RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage trakability system, ensuring accurate tracking of activity, timesheets, PTO, and policy issuance.
- Review profiles of new customers for completeness and accuracy.
- Generate monthly reports for agent and assist in social media planning activities.
- Submit changes and follow-ups on behalf of the agent.
- Perform PFA (Profitable Financial Analysis) reconciliation.
- Monitor and respond to returned messages promptly.
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to obtain Property/Casualty License
- Able to obtain Life/Health License
- Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
- Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
